Landlord Fees

Let only Service: 6% plus VAT of the yearly rent paid upfront.

Rent collection Service: 8% plus VAT (9.6 % inclusive of VAT) taken every 6 months. Can be taken monthly for an additional 1%.

Part Managed Service: 10% plus VAT (12% inclusive of VAT) taken every 6 months. Can be taken monthly for an additional 1%.

Fully Managed Service: 12% plus VAT (14.4 % inclusive of VAT) taken every 6 months. Can be taken monthly for an additional 1%.

Right to Rent Checks: £75 per person

Deposit Protection fee: £60 (renewals £35)

Gas Safety Checks and Certificate: £100

Electrical Safety Checks and Certificate (EICR): £150 for initial check. Any remedial work identified is quoted and charged separately.

Energy Performance Certificates: from £100 (depending on size of property)
